Since I first posted about Real Estate awhile back, they’ve played a bazillion shows and are now at the tip of everyone’s lips. Their laid-back brand of lo-fi is the perfect antitdote to all of this punkier Wavves nonsense, and will provide the perfect soundtrack to your indie rock summer. Luke Temple is the man behind Here We Go Magic and is a masterful singer/songwriter (you can download a beautiful track from him below). This one-two combination makes this the winning Saturday show, not to mention that Cale Parks and the So So Glos are also playing.
