I recently blogged about Dinosaur Feathers after their show at Shea Stadium. I saw them again last Friday night, and their performance at Webster Hall’s totally weird basement space, The Studio, has forced me to blog about them again. Their joyously strong vocals and nice-guy demeanor make them instantly likable, not to mention the fact that they have some really, really good songs. Mark my words, these guy are going to be big if they keep at it. They sound like a mix between Ruby Suns and Fleet Foxes (especially in the vocals), and if you like either of those bands I don’t see how you won’t like these guys. Check out the song below, and hit up their myspace to check out one of their many upcoming live shows.
