Woah! There’s TWO amazing free shows tomorrow night. The first and foremost is Titus Andronicus and So So Glos at Bar Matchless. Bar Matchless is TINY. Really, really tiny. You have to RSVP through Facebook. I don’t use Facebook anymore so I can’t really tell, but I think the RSVP might be full. But it’s probably worth showing up anyways to see if you can squeeze in. I mean, Titus Andronicus and The So So Glos in a tiny, tiny bar? It’s going to be INSANE. On the other hand, it might be easier and just as musically worthwhile to go The Knitting Factory to see The Strange Boys and Natural Child for free. That RSVP is definitely still open. The Strange Boys are indeed strange, but they’re pretty cool, too. They have a nice mix of that old school rockabilly style and new-school low-fi garage. AND a saxophone player. You can’t beat a band with a saxophone player. Natural Child are another excellent punkish-popish band. Listen to the track below and see for yourself.
