This show is going to be so, so pleasant. Cults? Pleasant. Twin Sister? Pleasant. Morning Benders? Super pleasant. Three good bands, all of them easy to listen to. This show won’t necessarily challenge your music instincts (wait until Saturday’s Black Dice show for that), but it’s definitely going to be fun. Plus, Morning Benders really do have a great stage presence; I get shivers every time I see them. Try to walk out of this show without humming “Go Outside.”
